MERRILL LYNCH PROÍBE O USO DE WEBMAILS NO TRABALHO
Renata Mesquita, do Plantão INFO Em circular emitida nesta sexta-feira, dia 8, o banco de investimentos Merrill Lynch expandiu para todos os seus funcionários, sem exceção, a proibição de se acessar o Hotmail, o Yahoo! e outros webmails pelos computadores da empresa. Segundo o site Outlaw.com, a proibição faz parte do novo regulamento de segurança da companhia, que avisou que o uso das ferramentas de comunicação eletrônica serão monitoradas a partir de agora - a idéia é, principalmente, evitar contaminações por vírus e programas espiões. As novas regras proíbem também o acesso a salas de Chat, fóruns e programas de mensagens que não os oficialmente usados dentro da Merrill Lynch para a comunicação entre funcionários. A Goldman Sachs é outra empresa da área financeira que adotou medidas semelhantes com seus empregados. |
